Amitabh Chaudhary is accused of creating uproar and obstructing government work while bringing EVMs from polling booth in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Earlier, the lower court had dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of ​​Amitabh Chaudhary in this case.

भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड के कार्यवाहक सचिव अमिताभ चौधरी को झारखंड हाई कोर्ट से राहत मिली है। जस्टिस एके गुप्ता की अदालत ने उनकी अग्र्रिम जमानत को मंजूर कर लिया है। अमिताभ चौधरी के खिलाफ 2014 में हुए लोकसभा चुनाव में मतदान केंद्र से ईवीएम लाने के दौरान हंगामा करने व सरकारी काम में बाधा डालने का आरोप है। पूर्व में इस मामले में निचली अदालत ने अमिताभ चौधरी की अग्रिम जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी थी।
