R. Kelly Charged With Soliciting Sex From A Minor In Minnesota

Singer R. Kelly was charged in Minnesota with soliciting sex from a minor at a Minneapolis hotel room. Last month Kelly was jailed in New York after being charged in Brooklyn and Chicago with numerous sexual misconduct felonies. In the Minnesota case, he's charged with paying a 17-year-old girl $200 to engage in sexual contact. The alleged incident occurred 18 years ago, but the girl called a law enforcement hotline with her account in January. The performer has pleaded not guilty in the New York and Chicago cases and has denied abuse allegations for decades.
