Parts of the city of Hanoi in Vietnam have been flooded by rain from Typhoon Wipha.
Footage showed cars and motorbikes driving through deep floodwaters on Saturday.
According to the filmer, some areas of the city experienced "traffic mayhem."
Typhoon Wipha, the third tropical storm to strike Vietnam so far this year, has killed one people and left 15 others missing, according to local media.
