This is the big Mew Aqua scene in episode 26 of the Hebrew Dub of Tokyo Mew Mew.
The first half of the Hebrew dub took their script from the English Mew Mew Power dub but all the original Japanese names and terms are kept in and the show keeps the original name, Tokyo Mew Mew.
