A man was chained & thrashed by 5 men in Gholia Khurd village of Moga. Police say "5 people had chained&thrashed him. They suspected that he had complained about them indulging in electricity theft. FIR registered. 1 accused arrested, others are yet to be nabbed."Watch video,
