Ingredients: Carrots, Capsicum, Cabbage, Boiled Peas ½ Kg Boiled Rice 1 Chicken Breast 2 Eggs, 1 Chicken Cube Food Color, ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tb Garlic 2 tb Soya Sauce 2 tb Vinegar 3~4 tb Cooking Oil
Method: - Turn on the flame, add 2 tbsp oil to the pan. - Mix yellow food color to the eggs. - Fry the eggs, remove from pan take them aside. - Add 2 tbsp Oil to the pan & fry the garlic a little. - Now add chicken, fry or 2 minutes. - Now add capsicum, carrots & cabbage. - Saute these at high flame for 2 minutes. Cover for 1 minute. - Now add chicken cube, Salt, black pepper, vinegar & soya sauce.
