Today we learn how to make Malai Cake

Ingredients:
4 cup Milk,
4 tbsp Sugar,
¼ cup Milk Powder,
½ tsp Saffron Essence,
½ tsp Cardamom Powder,
⅓ cup Oil,
⅓ cup Yogurt,
½ cup Powdered Sugar,
1 cup Flour,
1 tsp Baking Powder,
½ tsp Baking Soda,
½ cup Milk,
Almonds & pistachio for garnishing.

Method:
- Turn on flame, add 3 cup milk, sugar, milk powder, saffron essence & cardamom powder in pan.
- Let it star boiling at high flame.
- Once starts boiling, reduce the flame & cook until it's quantity reduced to half.
- After cooking 15~20 minutes, turn off flame & let it cools down.
- To prepare cake batter:
- Mix oil, yogurt, powdered sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda & milk in a bowl.
- Transfer to baking tray.
- & bake it on stove or in oven for 30~35 minutes.
- Prick the cake with stick & pour prepared malai all over it.
- Garnish it with chopped almonds & pistachio.
