Mario Lopez and his wife Courtney just had their third child, naming him Santino Rafael Lopez. Mario posted photos of his newborn on Instagram and said both baby and Courtney “are doing great.” Mario said: “Mrs. Lopez came through like a champ!” According to Extra, the married couple have two other girls, Gia,8, and Nico, 5. The family announced they were expecting in January, saying at the time they didn’t know the sex of the baby.
