FtS 07-04: : CARICOM's 46th anniversary

From the South: Happy CARICOM Day! We join the Caribbean Community in celebrating the regional bloc's 46th anniversary. The Day marks the signing on July 4, 1973, of the Treaty of Chaguaramas which created the Caribbean Community and Common Market, and it provides an opportunity for public education and reflection on CARICOM's achievements, challenges and the way forward.
