LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Kyle Kuzma are currently the only Lakers under contract. James will gift his uniform number, 23, to his new Lakers teammate, Anthony Davis. James appeared to confirm in a tweet that he will be switching to No. 6. James previously wore No. 6 as a member of the Miami Heat and Team USA in the Olympics.
