Amazon's Annual 'Prime Day' to Last 48 Hours According to the e-commerce giant, the mega sale will go on for two whole days. 'Prime Day' will begin at midnight on July 15 and last until the end of July 16. In 2018, 100 million items were sold on 'Prime Day.' That was the biggest number ever in 'Prime Day' history, which started in 2015. A few of the most common products sold were the Echo Show and Spot. For 2019, Amazon says customers in nearly 20 countries can search for highly discounted products. Amazon adds that shopping in the United Arab Emirates will also be available for the first time.
