Letting go of resistance and accepting ourselves and the present moment experience is an ongoing practice. It has to be an more simple way of doing that. Most people think that meditation is the path. Most people will use mindfulness or a guided mindfulness to reduce anxiety or stress. I have experienced outer body experiences and the ability to reconnect spiritually when the disassociated feelings rose upon me by using a practice that is outside both mastering mindfulness and meditating for long hours.

I achieve calmness and inner peace without having to download mp3 music or using relaxation techniques. I found that even using deep breathing techniques doesn't work for everyone.

In this episode I explain the Practice of Quiet Time and how I used it when I was an adolescent and then used it again after nearly 10 years since being deployed in the military to the Iraq War and suffering from PTSD and other mental health illnesses. It helped me and it may also help you.
