Ingredients: 1 Kg Chicken 250 grm Yogurt 4 tb Fried Onions 1 tb Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tb Garam Masala 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Red Pepper 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Coriander Seeds 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 1 tb Coconut Crushed 1 tb Almonds Crushed few drops of Kewera Essence Oil for cooking half cup.
Method: Light brown the chicken in oil. Remove chicken from pan. Add whole Garam Masala & Garlic Ginger paste in oil and fry till light brown. Then add all dry spices. At low flame add yogurt & fry for 2 mints. Now add fried chicken, cover the pan for 5 minutes at medium flame. After 5 minutes add fried onions, crushed cocunut & crushed Almonds (you can use other dry fruits too), powdered garam masala & few drops of kewera essence, fry it for more 2 minutes. Now add 1 cup of water & cover it. Cover it & let it stay for 10 minutes at low flame. Bihari Chicken Qorma is ready. If you like it, please comment, share with your friends.
