Fire burns through Philadelphia oil refinery causing massive explosion

Flames ripped through an oil refinery in Philadelphia causing a massive explosion sending smoke rising into the air.

Jesse, who filmed this video on Friday (June 21), told Newsflare: "I felt the heat, it was a quick intense heat after the fireball."

According to local reports, firefighters were able to contain the blaze and there have been no casualties.
