Kid Cudi Joins Cast of 'Bill & Ted Face the Music' According to 'Deadline,' Cudi's role in the cult classic sequel is not yet known. However, a press release indicates that he "has a significant role." The film, starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, will follow a much older duo tasked with saving the world through song. Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine will play the roles of Bill and Ted's daughters. Dean Parisot will direct. Cudi has had a hand in acting before, with roles on 'Entourage,' 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' and 'How to Make It in America.' The rapper also possibly alluded to pursuing more acting jobs with a tweet last month.
