The 51-year-old actor planned to turn himself in to police regarding the most recent case. He is now reconsidering after recently surfaced video allegedly proves his innocence. According to Page Six, when Gooding Jr.'s lawyer was told about the second woman, he said, "Good luck to her," due to the statute of limitations.
