Pikk Hermann or Tall Hermann of Toompea Castle, Tallinn - Estonia Holidays This castle is now part of the Estonian Parliament House on one side of it. It is a place with a number of tourist coaches parked nearby, and with visitors clicking away on their cameras. Recommended.
