I had decided to make a quick trip to Oregon City along the Brooklyn Sub to check out and see if anything is approaching, and it appears this guy is, UP #8510 & #4996 lead a Manifest out of Albina Yard in Portland and traveling until a crew change I think in Salem or Eugene.
