Chicken Makhni Handi Recipe by MJ's Kitchen
Iftar Parties Recipe for Ramadan
Ingredients:
½ Kg Boneless Chicken
Blend of 1 Large Onion & green Chili
1 Cup Yogurt
½ tsp Powdered Allspices
4 tbsp Cashew nuts Paste
or Almonds paste
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Cup cooking Oil
2 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Milk Cream
Green chili
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
Method:
- to make Makhni White Handi start with:
- Add oil to the pan.
- Add blend of Onion & green chili and fry until light color.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste & chicken.
- Fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt, black pepper & cumin seeds powder.
- Add little water and stir fry the chicken.
- Add 1 cup Yogurt.
- Cover & cook for 5 minutes at medium flame.
- Add cashew nuts paste, ½ cup cream and butter.
- Mix well.
- Now add powdered allspices & green chilies.
- Cover & cook for 2 minutes at low flame.
- Delicious Makhni white handi is ready.
- Make this recipe for Iftar parties in Ramadan.
