Offset Issued With Arrest Warrant According to 'The Atlanta Journal-Constitution,' an arrest warrant was issued for Offset, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, on Thursday. The rapper is accused of damaging 18-year-old Richard Gibbons' phone at Target. The victim claims there was $800 worth of damage done to his iPhone 8. Offset is being charged with criminal damage of property in the second degree, which is a felony. Sgt.
