Services for Latino Children with Disabilities

Wanda Resto and Barbara Ebel, co-founders of the new nonprofit organization, Vela, talk about the services they will be able to provide to Latino families and children with disabilities. Vela is the first organization in the Washington region to focus on this important issue. In addition, Marta Bohorquez of the Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) explains how she works to develop job opportunities for young people and adults with disabilities.
