A man who goes by several names, including Jonathan West, is operating multiple sports betting funds in Nevada. In a webinar held for current and potential investors April 15, West claims a “big bookie in the sky” has sway over the outcome of NFL games. Thus, he prefers to bet on college sports. He says college sports have less corruption.
