Offset Faces Felony Gun Charges From 2018 Arrest In July of 2018, Offset was pulled over for an improper lane change in an Atlanta suburb. Three loaded weapons were found in his vehicle and he was arrested. According to TMZ, prosecutors in Georgia have filed three charges against the rapper. Two of the charges are misdemeanors for marijuana possession and a traffic violation. The third is reportedly a felony charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Offset's lawyer, Drew Findling, claims the case is unjustified. Drew Findling, to TMZ Offset has pleaded not guilty and will return to court in May.
