Education is a series of experiences. It is continuous reconstruction and reorganization of experiences. It is a continuous and lifelong process. The goal of education is the all round development of personality of an individual. Education is the fundamental right of each and every individual. It must be provided to everyone irrespective of caste, creed and colour. Without education there is no difference between a man and an animal.
