"They were very professional, polite, objective, and extremely detailed. We are very happy with the quality and thoroughness. Eric explained things clearly and was available for follow up questions which helps a nervous first time home buyer like me. Our report came back just as detailed as the sample report on their website. Very happy with it! Because they are so good, the only con is that they are very busy. Luckily they found an earlier slot to accommodate my short timeline but check the schedule to allow for enough due diligence time. I was always treated kindly with politeness and respect"
