Boosie Badazz Arrested on Drug and Gun Charges The Louisiana rapper is facing felony charges after a traffic stop in Newnan, Georgia. The incident occurred on April 8, after a deputy noticed his car swerving out of its lane and nearly colliding with another vehicle. The car was pulled over and Boosie and his accompanying bodyguard were detained. A search of the vehicle found marijuana, a loaded 9mm handgun and over $20,000 in cash. The pair were held at the Coweta County Jail and Boosie was later released on a $3,500 bond. Boosie was previously indicted for drug charges in 2009 before being released on parole in 2014.
