Monte is a NYC based singer, songwriter, and smile production expert. Wyoming born and country raised she uses her heartfelt, attitude-infused lyrics, to inspire her fans to love themselves and love life.
Monte gathers her inspiration from soulful artists like: Alicia Keys, John Legend and the Righteous Brothers, lyrical giants including: Michael Jackson and Carol King and young roots-rock artists like Grace Potter and Elle King. Her passion is to create timeless music that encourages and inspires her listeners.
In 2014, after a series of life-altering events, Monte committed to pursuing a career in music and made the move to New York. She describes that moment as, "The most terrifying thing I have ever done... and the best decision I ever made." Now after two years her EP, "skydive" is being released is May 2017. "Skydive" is her homage to heartache, self-love, and falling in love again.
