2009 నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గాల పున‌ర్విభ‌జ‌న‌లో భాగంగా నందివాడ‌, గుడ్ల‌వల్లేరు మండ‌లాల‌ను ఈ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గంలో విలీనం చేసా రు. అదే విధంగా గ‌తంలో ఇక్క‌డ ఉన్న పామ‌ర్రు, పెద‌పారుపూడి మండ‌లాలు పామ‌ర్రు నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గంలో క‌లిపారు. ప్రముఖ క‌మ్యూనిస్టు యోధుడు పుచ్చ‌ల‌ప‌ల్లి సుంద‌ర‌య్య గ‌న్న‌వ‌రం నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం లో మూడు సార్లు గెలిచారు. 1967 లో గెలిచిన వెలివెల సీతారామ‌య్య ఆక‌స్మిక మ‌ర‌ణంతో జ‌రిగిన ఉప ఎన్నిక‌ల్లో ప్ర‌ముఖ నేత కాకాని వెంక‌ట‌ర‌త్నం గెలుపొందారు. కాకాని ఉయ్యూరు లో మూడు సార్లు గెలిచారు. ముసునూరు బోస్ ఒక‌సారి టిడిపి నుండి..మ‌రోసారి కాంగ్రెస్ నుండి గెలిచారు. 1994 లో ఇక్క‌డ స్వ‌తంత్ర అభ్య‌ర్దిగా గెలిచిన గ‌ద్దె రామ్మోహ‌న్ విజ‌య‌వాడ లోక్‌స‌భ కు ఎన్నిక‌య్యారు. కాకాని వెంక‌ట‌ర‌త్నం గ‌తంలో కాసు, పి.వి మంత్రివ‌ర్గాల్లో ప‌ని చేసారు.
