Target's Minimum Wage Jumping to $13 an Hour The increase will go into effect this June. Just last March, minimum wage workers at Target saw their pay rise to $12. By comparison, $11 per hour is what rival chain Walmart pays its entry-level employees. The increases come after Target reported strong sales from the past holiday season.
