One Person Dead After Helicopter Crashes Onto Busy Florida Highway

A helicopter crashed onto a busy highway in Palm River, Florida after a catastrophic engine failure. One of the rotor blades came off the helicopter and hit a truck, killing the passenger and injuring the driver.
