Former Olympic swimming champion Alain Bernard is sponsoring an 85-strong delegation of special needs athletes set to represent France at the Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi in 2019, an event expected to welcome 7,500 athletes with intellectual disabilities from around the world on March 14-21.
