Arriving at my first milonga, I find less people than usual.
Also I don’t really see women looking for a dance.
They just seem to sit their with their partner looking grumpy only dancing with him.

I see an old friend that greets me with a smile inviting me for a dance but when her partner stands up, mumbling some unclear words, her smile disappears and the rest of the evening she is dancing with him.
I guess he needs the practice :-)

Is the friendliness of the women in my favourite tango place in Spain slowly starting to get overshadowed by their need to please the ones that demand this attention?

There seem to be holidays around this weekend so many tangueros are out of town as it seems.
Probably the more open-minded travelling type :-)

Meeting all the people that are finding their own way in this society-connected issue gives me so much pleasure that I feel like the luckiest guy on earth.
