JNU Row: Congress MP Shashi Tharoor to move bill for new Sedition Law

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor to move a private members bill in Parliament seeking that one should not be charged with sedition until he or she advocates violence. Tharoor's declaration came in the backdrop of JNU row and the sedition charges levelled against university's student leaders. Tharoor said Until someone advocates violence, talks about physical violence, one should not be charged with sedition.
