Bengaluru cops have come up with a new plan to deal with the city's traffic menace. Parking on footpaths and other no-parking zones causes regular obstructions to traffic. The police in the city will now file FIRs if cars are parked in a no-parking zone. The vehicle will be impounded and the owner will have to appear in court in order to secure return of the vehicle.
