None will be able to hold tricolor in Kashmir if special status is tampered with: Mehbooba Mufti

Mehbooba Mufti Sayeed gave disputed statement in an event on tricolor. She said that no one would be able to hold the Indian flag in Kashmir if special status of J&K is tampered with or the Permanent Resident Act (35A) is removed.
