It may be for the first time in the history of Indian politics that a party willing to form government is putting conditions before accepting support from another party.

AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal said he has written letters to Congress President Sonia Gandhi and BJP President Rajnath Singh to clear their stands on several issues pertaining to governance in the national capital.
