Volunteers of Congress youth wing, NSUI staged protest outside Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence over VAT rate hike on petrol and diesel. The Congress workers demanded the immediate rollback of the increase in the VAT rate which would have an adverse impact on the commuters in Delhi.
