In an unfortunate incident, a 32-year man was run over by an auto on Wednesday in West Delhi. The incident took place in the national capital when a man was hit by a speeding auto. The victim kept lying on the road for four hours, but no passer-by came to his rescue. What is more shameful is that as he lay unconscious, one passer-by stole his phone and went away.
