Muzaffarnagar violence: Huge uproar in Uttar Pradesh assembly over government inaction over riots

Lucknow: The Monsoon session of the Uttar Pradesh assembly began on a rough note on Monday with uproar over the communal clashes in Muzzaffarnagar which claimed 48 lives and injured several others.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi are visiting the riot-hit areas of Muzaffarnagar on Monday.
