After the fiasco which was the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) bill being rejected and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal censuring the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for perpetually targeting AAP, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra on Tuesday said that Kejriwal had disrespected the constitution. Citing that the plight of the 21 MLAs were out of the ruling BJP's hands, thereby denying their involvement in the rejection of the bill, Patra said that the President and the Election Commission made those decisions. "CM's attack on the president and politicising his decision is unfortunate," said Patra, who reiterated that Kejriwal had been disrespectful to constitutional positions.
