Manmohan Singh was interrupted by opposition members who wanted to know how corruption could be contained when important files on coal block allocations had gone missing. His defence - "I am not the custodian of files in the coal ministry" - drew a sharp reaction, with BJP member Prakash Javadekar asking the prime minister to name the person responsible for the missing files
