Central Bureau of Investigation filed its 14th FIR in the coal scam case and named the former coal secretary PC Parekh for alleged irregularities and criminal conspiracy in allocation of two coal blocks in Odisha in 2005.
But coming out in the open for the first time, Coal Secretary PC Parekh has put the blame squarely on the Prime Minister for decision making in coal blocks allocation. He says why should he be made an accused and not the PM. In an exclusive interview toNewsX, Parekh says he was pressurized by Shibu Soren.
