Now the railway passengers do not have to go through the complicated process of ticket cancellation. Now an emergency number '139' is made available for cancellation of tickets, by the Indian Railways from this Friday. Passengers have to dial '139' from their mobile and enter their 10 digit PNR number to cancel the ticket. The refund amount can be collected from the ticket counter afterwards.
