After a day for the odd, another for the even and a Sunday without restrictions, the Delhi government is getting ready for the first true test of the odd-even road rationing policy on Monday. While the first two days witnessed a fair share of vehicles off the roads and Delhi largely complied with the policy, the first day of a working week will have all eyes on the Delhi government.
