A Delhi Police Assistant Commissioner of Police committed suicide by shooting himself with his service revolver at his residence here. His wife was in critical condition after she also reportedly jumped from the building of the apartment, police said on Tuesday. The body of Amit Singh, who was posted with Special Cell of Delhi Police, was recovered from his house in Sector 100 late Monday. Police said that Amit's wife too jumped from the sixth floor of their apartment.
