A shocking video has emerged showing a youth in Badlapur being stripped naked and getting thrashed by a group of men, led by former Shiv Sena corporator Mangesh Dhule. The video shows the man who was accused of harassing a 17-year-old girl being beaten black and blue by Dhule who is hitting him with a belt. According to reports, the Badlapur Police have registered a case of rioting in connection with the assault, but haven't named Mangesh Dhule in the complaint.
