Several separatist leaders from Kashmir were put under house arrest and later released ahead of their meeting with Pakistan NSA Sartaj Aziz.Hurriyat leaders like Syed Ali Shah Geelani and Mirwaiz Umer Farooq were put under house custody, while JKLF chairman Yasin Malik was detained. All these leaders were released just in few hours.
