Mumbai blast accused Yakub Memon decided to be hang tomorrow. President Pranab Mukherjee has rejected the second mercy petition of 1993 Mumbai blasts convict Yukab Memon. President asked the Home Ministry anything new in the mercy petition, but he was told that there is nothing new. To which Pranab Mukherjee rejected the plea.
