Punjab's education minister Surjit Singh Rakhra on Saturday stirred a fresh controversy when he sought to play down the death of a girl, who got killed after being molested and shoved off a moving bus owned by Punjab's ruling Badal family.
"Nobody can stop accidents. Whatever happens that happens by God's will," Surjit Singh Rakhra said on Saturday.
