Zaibunnisa's plea referred back to the Chief Justice's bench

After a breather for Sanjay Dutt, the Supreme Court extends the time to surrender for 3 other Bombay Bomb blast accused by one month. But Zaibunissa Kazi's petition is referred back to the Chief Justice's bench, which had earlier rejected it.
